WARNING ABOUT RECENT FRAUDULENT CHARGES!  THIS SITE IS COMPLETELY SAFE TO BROWSE AND ORDER FROM. Before going any further, please read this: Recently my company has been a victim of online fraud. If you have seen charges from Quietleather.com on your bank statement, I can assure you that I did NOT charge you and I do NOT have your money. A scamming company has used Quietleather.com for their name on YOUR bank statements and that is probably why you are here. I am doing my best to fix the situation as fast as I can because this is a huge problem for me and specifically my small craft business. Any information that you have for me to help right this situation, please continue to contact me. If you have any info on where you may have purchased a questionable item or service online (i.e. a typically pricey item for the low price of $4.99) That is where it has most likely started.  The "company" in question has for some reason chosen to use Quietleather.com to show up on your account to make it look like I have taken your money so they do not get caught, and I have not. So please contact your bank and try to get your money back. Again I am doing my best to file the correct reports to help move this along.  If you have any questions please feel free to contact me, but you will get this same response you are reading now if you just come looking for your money that I do not have. REFUND POLICY

Returns 
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your the day of delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Additional non-returnable items: 
- Gift cards 
- Downloadable products (i.e. templates and patterns)  

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)-
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged for reasons not due to my error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at quietleather@gmail.com. 

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at quietleather@gmail.com to inform me and we can discuss the exchange. DO NOT send the item back unless I have agreed to an exchange. If an exchange is accepted, please send your item to: Quiet Leather Works, 945 N Ogden St. 402, DENVER CO 80218, United States. I will send the exchange when the original purchase is received and inspected.

Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Quiet Leather Works, 945 N Ogden St. 402, DENVER CO 80218, United States 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
